Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through EventMap and is responsible for securely processing payments and handling eligible refund requests. All refund requests are reviewed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Window
You may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility for any digital purchase is ultimately determined by Paddle as the Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle's refund policy and any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under local law.
Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal — accessible from Settings → Manage billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Subscription refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the charge and are reviewed by Paddle in accordance with its refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with Paddle to investigate.
Boost Purchases
- Boosts are one-time digital services activated immediately on purchase.
- Digital purchases, including Boosts, may be eligible for a refund in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable law. Refund eligibility is determined by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
- If a technical failure prevented your boost from being delivered or applied, contact us and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund or re-apply the boost.
- Statutory rights under EU or Türkiye consumer law remain unaffected.
How to Request a Refund
Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or email eventmaptr.info@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
