EventMap paid features are sold by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and the rules below.
Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal — accessible from Settings → Manage billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- We do not provide automatic refunds for elapsed billing periods unless required by applicable consumer law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will work with Paddle to investigate.
Boost Purchases
- Boosts are one-time digital services activated immediately on purchase.
- Once a boost is activated it is generally non-refundable.
- If a technical failure prevented your boost from being delivered or applied, contact us and we will issue a refund or re-apply the boost.
- Statutory rights under EU or Türkiye consumer law remain unaffected.
How to Request a Refund
Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or email eventmaptr.info@gmail.com with your order number. We respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
