This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses EventMap. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without notice.
Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Fake or non-existent events.
- Fraudulent, misleading or scam ticket links.
- Spam, repetitive listings, or keyword stuffing.
- Copyright, trademark or other IP infringement.
- Hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive content.
- Illegal activity, including ticket scalping where prohibited by law.
- Impersonation of venues, artists, brands, or other promoters.
- Automated abuse — scraping, mass-account creation, credential stuffing.
- Attempts to bypass quotas, payment, moderation, or rate limits.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without authorization.
Enforcement
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
